League Frequently Asked Questions

Does my child have to currently be enrolled or previously enrolled in your HappyFeet program?
All children are welcome in our HappyFeet league. There is no previous affiliation with HappyFeet needed.

If my child recently turned 6 is it ok to still register for this league?
Please contact us directly so we can find a proper place for your child.

What if my child isn't quite two and a half years old. Can they still play?
Why, yes, s/he can!! We won't restrict the two year old's from playing, so please use your best judgement here. If you think they are ready, then register them, and if it doesn't work out we will gladly work on a solution for you.

Will you be competing against teams from other leagues or just against other HappyFeet teams?
Your child's team will only be competing against other HappyFeet children. We will not be competing against other clubs or leagues.

Will my child be playing within their own age group or will they be playing with a mix of ages?
Your child will only play within their own age group.  One our Information page it will spell out the age groups for you.

Will you have gender specific teams?
Our goal is to have that option but that will only happen if we have enough kids within the same age group and gender that sign up.

If a game is rained out will it be made up?
Yes, all games will be made up as time allows.

How will you reinforce the skills taught during the training sessions before the game?
We have a unique way of reinforcement and it is called the "Sticker". You'll just have to wait and see what we have come up with, but let's just say this will take sticker collecting to a whole new level!!
